Why does Canadian marketing (with a few notable exceptions) struggle to authentically connect with Canadians?

Our hypothesis: In a Canada that is more diverse than ever, we lack an authentic, truly inclusive understanding of who a Canadian is today.

We are looking for Hackathon contestants (BIPOC or allies) who will help us fix that at our upcoming APGxPOCAM Inclusion Hackathon on March 4th, 2026.

For anyone passionate about #inclusion and #strategy, this is a really cool team contest event with awesome exposure—our last hackathon was covered by Strategy Online, WARC, Campaign Canada and New Canadian Media. We have a panel of truly inspiring judges. And oh, yes, a cash prize for the winning team.
